Anton Hopfgartner founded Property Solutions Group after building a career spanning more than three decades in European real estate investment, development, and management.

Anton began his career at Procter & Gamble Austria before moving into real estate in 1994. Since then, he has been active in the Czech, Austrian, and Slovenian markets, leading landmark projects and international transactions.

In 2004, as CEO of the project company, he oversaw the development and successful completion of Palladium Prague, Central Europe’s flagship retail and office complex. He subsequently led its €530 million sale to Hannover Leasing (2007) and later to Union Investment (2015).

Under his leadership, PS Group expanded into a team of 30+ professionals covering investment, development, and management, while Anton also provided strategic management support for projects in Zagreb, Sofia, and Plovdiv.

He continues to share his expertise as a lecturer at the Academy of Applied Sciences for Real Estate in Vienna and served till 2025 as Managing Director of Palladium Praha, s.r.o.

Karin Hopfgartner co-founded Property Solutions Group and serves as its Managing Director.
Karin began her career at Procter & Gamble, gaining international experience before entering property management in 1994 in Austria and the Czech Republic.

In 1997, together with Anton Hopfgartner, she founded Chicago Consulting GmbH in Vienna, focusing on real estate marketing, consulting, development, and leasing of large-scale assets, including Park Hostivař in Prague and several Austrian properties.

Since 2004, Karin has specialized in managing complex commercial assets, including tenant fit-outs, construction oversight, and financial control. She played a key role in designing the management system for Palladium Prague, its offices, and garages. Since 2011, she has been Managing Director of Property Management Solutions, responsible for property management, CAPEX budgets, construction, renovations, and financial management across the PS Group.

Veronika Šmejkalová brings more than 25 years of experience in asset management, leasing, and marketing of premium commercial properties in Prague.

She played a key role in the launch of Praha City Center and later led marketing and PR for Palladium from 2000 to 2007. From 2010 to 2015 she managed Praha City Center for GLL Real Estate Partners, strengthening its position as a flagship office asset.

Veronika served till 2025 as Managing Director of Palladium Praha and serves several PS Group companies, with responsibility for long-term asset management. In 2025, she successfully led the due diligence process for a potential transaction involving Palladium.

Alena Motyčková has more than 20 years of experience in real estate marketing, project delivery, and corporate management.

She played a key role in the marketing of Palladium Prague during its construction and opening in 2007 and continued to support its growth and positioning in the years that followed. Beyond retail, Alena has also been actively involved in Group´s residential developments.

Since 2008, Alena has served as Managing Director of Property Solutions s.r.o., where she oversees corporate processes, HR, and IT — ensuring the stability and efficiency of PS Group’s operations.

Linda Erebai is an experienced property manager with over 15 years in retail real estate. She managed Metropole Zličín under Portland Trust for more than a decade and later served as Asset Manager at NEPI Rockcastle, overseeing Forum Ústí nad Labem and Forum Liberec.

Since 2023, Linda has been Centre Manager of Palladium Prague, responsible for the performance of the flagship complex Palladium. She leads a team of seven professionals, focusing on tenant relations, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Martin Dlasek has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and oversees all financial operations of Property Solutions Group in the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, and Liechtenstein.

He is responsible for accounting, controlling, taxation, cross-border structuring, financing, and transactional advisory for acquisitions and disposals. His expertise also covers banking relations, IT implementation, and complex audit and due diligence processes.

Before joining PS Group in 2012, Martin worked with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, and later in Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical division. He leads a team of nine finance professionals, ensuring the Group’s financial discipline and transparency.

Martin is ACCA certified and a Czech statutory auditor.

Jiří Steiner has over 15 years of experience in office leasing, development, and investment across Prague and Central Europe. Prior to joining PS Group in 2010, he gained extensive experience in office leasing at CBRE.

At PS Group, Jiří initially worked on projects such as Praha City Center, Palladium Offices, and Revoluční 7, later focusing on residential development. Together with his team, he successfully completed the project Komunardů XXXV and the Jubileum House residential project and led the retail refurbishment of Palladium.

Today, he heads the Development Department and is responsible for PS Group’s development and investment activities in Prague and Portorož, Slovenia. He also oversees the leasing of Palladium Offices.

Milan Rumler has over 20 years of senior experience in marketing and retail management with leading Czech and international brands.

He held senior marketing roles at ČSOB, Hypernova, Albert, OBI, and McDonald’s Czech Republic & Slovakia, where he directed media strategy, youth marketing, and major sponsorships such as the Ice Hockey World Championship in Prague.

He later managed a network of 55 stores as Retail Director of Zvěrokruh and launched the pet supplies segment at Alza.cz, combining product development with nationwide retail strategy.

Since 2020, Milan has led Group marketing and public affairs at PS Group and serves as Marketing Director for Palladium Prague, overseeing brand strategy, communications, events and public relations. Till 2025 he served as a spokesman of Palladium Prague.

Patrik Ferkl has built extensive experience at international and local law firms as well as in-house counsel at Orco Property Group. His practice covers the full spectrum of real estate law, including acquisitions, development, asset management, leasing, financing, and litigation.

At PS Group, Patrik leads the legal department, ensuring compliance, contracts, and investor reporting, while managing a team of legal professionals.
