The Story Behind Argentinská

Argentinska is a new residential development planned at the intersection of Argentinska and Plynarni streets in Prague 7, on a currently undeveloped site.

The project forms part of a newly planned urban block within the wider transformation of Holesovice-Bubny-Zatory. The concept envisages a contemporary residential building with ground-floor commercial space and underground parking, completing the existing urban structure and bringing new life to an underused site.

Why This Story Matters

Argentinska represents another significant step in the growth of PS Group’s residential development activities. The project gives us the opportunity to create a new residential scheme in one of Prague’s most dynamic regeneration areas and to actively contribute to the transformation of Holesovice-Bubny-Zatory into a new urban neighbourhood.

Services delivered by PS Group

A selection of PS Group services executed for this project.

Sourcing and structuring investment opportunities in real estate, with legal and financial frameworks that secure optimal returns while controlling risk.

End-to-end delivery of real estate projects — from concept and permitting to construction and successful handover.

Financial and legal services applied to our own investments and client projects — ensuring compliance, sound contracts, accurate reporting, and robust risk management.

Commitment to Sustainability

The building is being designed to meet contemporary sustainability and social responsibility standards, drawing on PS Group’s proven track record from flagship projects such as Palladium, which achieved BREEAM v6 certification, full LED modernization, advanced waste management, and expanded EV charging.

The detailed sustainability concept will be developed as the project progresses.
