The Story Behind Arkalycká
The Arkalycká project rises directly beside Prague’s Háje metro station, in a district long recognized for its vibrant civic amenities.
Its architectural concept has been carefully shaped to stand as an independent landmark, taking full advantage of its direct connection to both the metro and the adjacent shopping arcades.
The design embraces variety — from efficiently planned apartments to distinctive lofts crowning the upper floors — creating a living environment tailored to the new generation of urban professionals.
With direct metro access, residents will enjoy seamless connectivity to the historic centre of Prague while remaining anchored in a neighborhood with its own full-scale infrastructure.
At the same time, the project is being developed in line with today’s ESG standards.
Every element of the building — from materials to energy systems — is conceived with sustainability in mind, ensuring long-term value for both residents and investors.
