Its architectural concept has been carefully shaped to stand as an independent landmark, taking full advantage of its direct connection to both the metro and the adjacent shopping arcades.
The design embraces variety — from efficiently planned apartments to distinctive lofts crowning the upper floors — creating a living environment tailored to the new generation of urban professionals.
The Arkalycká project underlines PS Group’s strategy of developing landmark residential assets directly at Prague’s key transportation hubs. As one of the city’s tallest residential buildings, it will stand as both an architectural statement and a long-term investment in sustainable urban living.
