The Story Behind Art Collection
The PSG Art Collection spans over 300 works and reflects six centuries of European and world art.
Beginning with 15th-century masters, it continues through 17th century painters such as Rembrandt circle, Aert von der Neer and Giovanni Maldura to 19th-century landscape painters including masterpieces of Andreas and Oswald Achenbach, Flamm, Leu, Hilgers, Jakob Alt, Bamberger, Krusemann, Nerly, Carabain, Barend Cornelis Koekkoek, Stademann, Rasmussen, and Charles Leickert. The narrative then evolves into modern and contemporary art with works by Luis Felipe Usabal y Hernández, Léo Gausson, Louis Lejeune, and Jakob Veigar Sigurdsson.
The collection also includes significant sculptures — from religious statuary from 15th century to pieces by Agathon Léonard, Auguste Rodin (Tête de la Luxure, Adam) and masterpieces of Marie-Paule Deville Chabrolle, Eichler, Seeger, Breker, and Erté — and extends to Asian and African artefacts, and decorative works. This breadth makes it a most distinctive private collection in Europe, documenting cultural influences across time and geography.
For Property Solutions Group, the collection embodies more than cultural appreciation. Art has long been recognized as a strategic store of value, combining resilience with long-term appreciation. By managing and curating such a diverse portfolio, PSG demonstrates its capability to preserve and enhance assets beyond real estate, reinforcing its credibility with investors and partners alike.
Looking forward, the vision is to establish a dedicated gallery that will open the collection to the public, contribute to Prague’s international cultural prestige, and underline PSG’s commitment to combining value creation with meaningful social impact.
