The House at Dlouhá 34 (U Borovanských) is a cornerstone of Prague’s historical street, with origins in the 13th century.
Over the ages, it incorporated multiple architectural styles from successive eras. PS Group enhanced the property by adapting it into the Leonardo V. Academy, which continues to operate there even after ownership change.
The project demonstrates PS Group’s ability to adapt a historic building for educational purposes, increase its value, lease it, and subsequently execute its sale.
