The Jubileum House residential complex is located in the rapidly developing district of Holešovice, within one of the city’s largest blocks. Facing Komunardů Street, the building follows the principles of functionalist urban planning, with a striking multi-storey passage serving as its defining feature.
The design (created by Ing. Arch Petr Franta ) is enriched by a recessed top floor and glazed winter gardens, which bring light and openness to the inner courtyard.
The complex consists of three interconnected buildings, linked by a ground-floor retail base and a two-storey underground garage.

Key measures included the creation of a landscaped courtyard, cascading green roofs, and planted balconies and gardens that harmonize with the natural terrain.
These features improve biodiversity, support micro-climate regulation, and provide residents with attractive areas for leisure and relaxation.
At the same time, the revitalization brought tangible benefits to the wider community by replacing dilapidated workshops with green public space and integrating a water feature, lawns, and carefully selected trees and plants.
