The Story Behind Sokolovská

Project represents the transformation of an existing two-storey building, to be replaced by a modern residential development. Located in Prague’s wider city centre, it will provide attractive housing within walking distance of major transport hubs and local amenities.

The project is currently in the design and planning phase, with the goal of creating a building that combines contemporary architecture, advanced technologies, and sustainability features. Future residents will enjoy comfortable living with direct access to urban life.
