Virginia Residence is a planned residential development located in the attractive seaside destination of Portorož, one of Slovenia’s best-known coastal resorts.
The project was designed to offer modern living and an attractive investment opportunity close to the sea, with views of the Adriatic and within walking distance of the beach and local amenities.
As part of PS Group’s long-term portfolio diversification strategy, the project has been successfully exited in the preparation phase through a sale to a local investor.
